Tired of meat for dinner? Here’s a quick and simple shrimp recipe you can enjoy. In less than 10 minutes, you can have a scrumptious seafood dinner.
For those who are always busy, this is a good dinner option.
Here’s what you’ll need:
¼ kg. Shrimp
2 oz. Royal (coca-cola soft drink)
1 tbsp. Butter
5-6 Cloves Garlic Chopped
2-3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
(Ooops! I forgot to include the oyster sauce in the image)
Helpful Tip: Choose shrimps with heads still intact. It indicates freshness.
Step 1: Cook Shrimp
Pour 2 ounces of royal in the pan and add the shrimps. Stir constantly until shrimps turn orange. Set aside.
Step 2: Saute Garlic
Melt butter in the pan and add garlic. Saute garlic until it turns golden brown.
Step 3: Add Oyster Sauce
Once the garlic turns golden brown, add the shrimps and oyster sauce. Stir for a minute then serve hot.
